Canadian Medical Association seeking to intervene on Saskatchewan pronoun case

The CMA is seeking to intervene in a Supreme Court case on Saskatchewan’s use of the notwithstanding clause over a landmark pronoun case.

WTF is wrong with a society in which Supreme Courts have to rule on whether kids can choose their own pronouns.

It should be obvious that they can.

I never heard about SCOCan having to rule on whether teachers had to inform parents about the use of nicknames in school.
