guess i'll be asking the fediverse now-

hi! I'm jade, a silly little critter living in Germany looking for a job (on-site is fine depending on the location, though remote is slightly more preferable), for basically whatever fits best to my skill set of touching Linux as a slightly-better-than-average(?)1 user as well as occasional bash + js scripting, being able to prototype silly side projects, tools and features within just a short while if everything goes well, and self-hosting quite a bit of infra (as proven by this post - hi, this was sent from a server that's part of jaded systems, the little thing I've been running as a side project of mine since 2021, and heavily expanding said infra (in terms of hosted services) since 2024)

salary expectations from my end aren't that high at all (solely because I haven't had a job yet, neither did I have any extra education outside of secondary school), so basically whatever makes me stay afloat makes me happy :>

the CV, albeit slightly incomplete, can be found at https://wolfyja.de/cv :3

    @awoo you should easily be able to charge €36k p.a. b4 taxes...

    - Cuz that's what I got on my 1st Tech Support Job touching Linux.

    @F3715H
    @awoo how many years ago was that? I'd recommend adjusting the salary expectation based on the consumer price index to ensure it's a livable salary.

    @VanuPhantom @awoo that was in 2019.

    Obviously with #Greedflation kicking in on consumer pricing, rent, energy, etc. I'd say €48k p.a. would be more adequate.
