Kyle Sawatsky@Kellyshenanigans Was there ever an actual non-profit or whatever set up for the ownership structure of mstdn.ca? Because if it's all directly under Chad's name and he's found liable for all this, all assets could be facing a forced sale to pay back the funds. Which would include any of the servers he has in his home.
@ksawatsky they started the process, but never got it up and running, so I think everything would be under his name, and I believe the servers are physically in his house.
