like for context one of these interviewees stated they saw children being forcefed crappy food to the point of puking then having their faces shoved into the puke-covered food to continue eating. another said they were beat with a stick until bloody for ducking when the headmistress of the work cabin tried to slap them for speaking Finnish, then got beat more in the morning for bleeding on their bedsheets.

@pipe_dreams these work cabins were actually done in cooperation with the Swedish church, one column described them as "beating Jesus into the children and the Finnish language out of them"
