If Republicans were actually concerned about undocumented people taking American jobs, they would lock up employers. Instead, Republicans attack the powerless.
It’s no different from the war on drugs: if Republicans were actually concerned about Americans consuming illicit drugs, those drugs would be legalized and manufacturers regulated.
I’ve concluded that very wealthy people manipulate our system of government to benefit them and them alone.
