Strength in my left knee has improved drastically, to the point where I don't have to wear a knee brace during half of my Thursday night pick-up games (still use it most of the time, out of an abundance of caution). An important basketball milestone has been my return to a higher level of defense.

Stocks-per-game have bounced back to my avg. 📈 (more steals + blocks, less getting the ball stolen / shots blocked)

I'm so relieved that this all coincides with my ankle no longer being chronically sprained.
