I'm so relieved that this all coincides with my ankle no longer being chronically sprained.
Strength in my left knee has improved drastically, to the point where I don't have to wear a knee brace during half of my Thursday night pick-up games (still use it most of the time, out of an abundance of caution). An important basketball milestone has been my return to a higher level of defense.
Found an obscure indie LEGO shop tucked away in one of Venice Beach's boardwalk alleys, and the lone associate was super excited to show us their selection of Studio Ghibli trading cards (including his personal collection)—we left with a pack, some singles, and a LEGO Link 👀
