The Artemis II astronauts have splashed down at 8:07pm ET (0007 UTC April 11), bringing their historic 10-day mission around the Moon to an end.
Dropped in on Eagle Rock three times over the past two weeks and each visit reminded me how much the place feels—has always felt—like a secret slice of hidden L.A.
Love calling 🦅🪨 my #hometown.
It shouldn't have been THIS hard to get a Baptism Sponsor Form signed by a pastor and have the church seal affixed. Like, yes I'm baptized, no I don't know my envelope number, and yes I received my sacraments—in the building next door with stained glass windows, no less. 🙄🙄
