After over two decades of not having to use Windows for anything, I find myself stuck. Had to install a VM to use a microscopy application ToupView. It' s Windows only and needs USB access to a camera. Couldn't do it through Wine and friends. But now, I feel like I have an unwanted guest. Feeling strange about logging in to services or even creating a network share for it. #microslop
