Someday I will go to bed Friday night secure that I have prepped everything for my online #Dragonbane game Saturday morning: digital maps, tokens uploaded to Foundry, and all my notes transcribed into something complete and readable.
Today is not that day.
Update: Went to bed a little before 1 AM with the maps uploaded, got up at 8AM to add the last few tiles and get my monster attack tables into Foundry. Ready at 10:30 for the 11AM game.
Did the PCs encounter this new monster? No, they did not. Did they explore any of the new areas of the dungeon? No they did not.
Was fun had? Yes, yes it was. I'll take the W and know that some point in the future when they head off in this direction, I'll be ready.
