I tried Nobu’s Miso Black Cod recipe with straw fries and miso glazed carrots. This was an absolute win.
I had a second batch that was marinating for an extra day. Perhaps a richer flavour on the second day. Paired it with rice done in a mushroom and tonkotsu broth. Added a bit of mirin to the rice to give it a bit of sweetness. I think a bit of vinegar would've been nice, too.
