There's this sound like a phone on vibrate stuck under a cushion coming from my living room. I can't hear it from any other room in the house, but from the living room it *sounds* like it's coming from another room (I've looked under cushions). It happens at a relatively regular interval, almost like deep breathing. It comes and goes. I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is. It's very faint — I had to point it out to Elle (who has much, much better hearing than I). This might be what ultimately kills me.
