@GrimmReality I'm just piecing together why people are talking about Oswald Mosley today (Tucker Carlson is trying to rehabilitate him?) but until I saw someone mention Tucker Carlson I assumed it was because the peaky blinders movie just came out. I haven't seen the new movie yet, but Mosley is most definitely portrayed as a fascist in the original series.

@CosmicTraveler Oh yeah, and it was the one insane caper out of all their insane capers that made Tommy nauseous and low-key freaked him out because he was canoodling with nazis. Don't know anything about the movie though.

@doombunny @CosmicTraveler Cuz fascists gonna fash.

My sense of it is the underlying imperative of the conservative movement since 1945 is to achieve the nazis' goals but with a rebrand and a stealth campaign to addle public consciousness so much that sufficient numbers of people couldn't do the most rudementary comparison, so it was really a matter of time.

Oof, sorry, I think this probably has to do with interfaces because what SHOULD happen, and happens for most people, is if you click the picture, it should morph in a sort of player (with a play arrow) and you should be able to make it play right here locally. Like if it's taking you to the soundcloud site, something's hinky. I know it's not a country thing cuz a British person made it play fine.
