Hm, my sound woes probably had little to do with Wine.

I uninstalled Pulseaudio and updated Pipewire to backported version on Debian.

Now... everything seems to be fine? I seem to have good audio on everything. And Windows games weork.

I even managed to get the nvidia blob working. Yay..
