My view is the company is probably borked and will only get worse. They have clearly been on a downward trajectory for a few years now.
The pivot-to-AI will probably backfire too.
Jude🇵🇸@troberts Son was saying last night that it seemed totally random, with performance or length of time in the company seemingly counting for nothing. Very badly handled, and morale is very low. He summarised it as really sad.
