Well, adding to the litany of broken promises, the Labour Govt. will despite previous commitments fail to pass the so-called Hillsborough Law, which is intended to create an obligation for public institutions to be candid & transparent with public inquiries.

Of course, there will be 'reasons' but one might also wonder quite how committed the Govt. is the measure?
