During the hour, you'll get 93 Octopoints for every unit of electricity you save compared to normal. This will be added to your account within 14 days.

I think this saving session is only in certain regions? From discussion online it seems to be on offer in the northeast of England but not in the south.

Yes, always check emails and your dashboard. Some sessions are region specific. You'll get an email invitation to opt in to every Saving Session in your region (as long as you haven't unsubscribed from Octopus comms).
