Anyone can assist me, but I'm mostly writing to the blind community, as they may know the individual in question. I'm seeking a man named Xavier, who also goes by DJX. He has repaired many of my computers and sold me some over the years, but I can't seem to get in touch with him. The last time I received anything from him was in 2024, so I'm not even sure if he checks the e-mail address I have for him. I sent him an e-mail a week ago and haven't heard from him. I will send another. I just hope he's okay. Apparently, someone said he made a post to Blind Ads in July of 2025. If no one knows him, I heard there is someone else on that list named Kevin. I also remember someone with the last name Washington who works on computers.

I need the hard drive on my Toughpad FZ M1 Mk3 to be upgraded and for Windows (either 11 or 7) to be reinstalled. I also need the keyboard replaced and for Windows to be upgraded from 7 Starter to Professional on my Acer Aspire One D270. I may upgrade the drive on that as well.

@dandylover1 @pawpower do you have a deadline? I had several strokes back in 22, and I got out mostly unscathed, but sometimes I lose a bit of time. so once I have people assisting with my time management, a bit until i better get it under control, I am asking for the help of an assistant, but once i get that help in place, i'd be happy to work on it for you.

@Z @pawpower I don't have an official deadline as these are personal machines. I'm guessing some time in April, since parts may need to be sourced, etc.

@Z @pawpower For the Toughpad FZ M1 Mk3, I want the hard drive upgraded to 256gb, 320gb, or 512gb, depending on cost, since it takes a solid state one. I also need Windows to be reinstalled (either 11 or 7 Professional 64-bit). This machine was originally manufactured with Windows 10, but I bought it with 11 installed. For the Acer Aspire One D270, I need the keyboard replaced, the drive upgraded, and Windows 7 Professional installed.

@Z @pawpower Right now, I'm just looking for estimates for parts, labour, shipping, etc. I can source my own parts, but if you were to find something cheaper, that could work.
