True, but they did it with the help of the DNC. We've been led on the garden path to fascism by BOTH parties, working together, in service of the oligarchs. Let's not make the fatal mistake of thinking that Blue fascists will save us from the Red fascists. They're the left and right hands of the oligarchs who are killing us.
Only an end to the whole corrupt system of fascism and capitalism will allow the human race to be saved.

To be clear, I'm okay with moral equivalence, just not as a reflexive premise.
Even then, I don't see my vote as simply a reward in a sort of popularity contest.
There were costs to a Ralph Nader vote in 2000, similar to the costs of not voting. I'd like not to repeat that.

For me, genocide is an absolute red line. There is no way to support genocide and remain a human being. And the Democrats absolutely support genocide.

No, I was referring to "I VOTED FOR MCGOVERN", who has been endlessly posting anti-republican and anti-Trump posts, perfectly fine ones, but with the unspoken implication that the Democrats are somehow going to turn the clock back and stop fascism. Anyone who believes that in this day and age is either unbelievably stupid, or selling something. The Democrats proudly stood for the genocide of children in the last presidential election, even though they secretly KNEW that they were handing the Presidency to Donald Trump again.
I don't see why it's hard for anyone to understand that the oligarchs have purchased both parties. Pretending that a solution can be found through a completely corrupted political process is the height of disingenuousness.
