Netflix has at least 3 documentaries about nuclear stuff going wrong.

The Days [ JP, Fukushima ]
Radioactive Emergency [ BR, Goiânia in 1987 ]
Chernobyl 1986 [ USSR, Chernobyl ]
Three Mile Island [ USA ]

Netflix also had a 5 part series called Chernobyl in 2019. It is no longer available in EU. It was pretty good.
