Expectation: A couple day stopover in SF to see friends before heading to Japan sounds lovely.

Reality: I’m in a hospital in Berkeley with an IV in my arm treating some kind of infection that’s made me throw up more times in one day than the rest of my life combined.

@pretz Thank you! Greatest comeback since the miracle on ice, I’m almost back to normal. We’ll be doing 3 days in Tokyo, 3 days in Kyoto, and 3 more days in Tokyo. Just had our first day here and it’s already feeling packed. 😄
