#ToolOfTheDay This¹² portable USB toolkit will get you out of many a connectivity problem. Unlike so many other adaptors, its iPhone lighting plug is really reliable, it's the only cable I have that 100% reliably charges my elderly and banged-up iPhone. @Unixbigot Why does it say "60W fast charging"? There doesn't appear to be any power source, or do they just mean that the cable is capable of carrying 60W? Which is odd, because I'd have thought the rating would be in amps...

@kauer High power USB type-C cables have to attest to their power capacity via an embedded chip. Do not investigate this any further. This knowledge is cursed.

And yes the rating really should be in amps but since any decent power delivery happens at the max voltage of 20v…well. And then they added 28v 48v and 415v to USB and messed up all the cable specs *again*
