My number one barrier to weight loss is that I snack in bed after everyone’s asleep. I’ve worked all day, I’ve done family stuff, I wanna relax. I used to have a beer or two but I’ve been good, no booze since Christmas.
I can’t break the snack habit, so instead I got sliced pickles. Kosher dills, as God intended. The whole jar is like 15 calories so I can eat as many as I want.
They’re wet though. If I coated them in flour and fried them a bit they’d have a dry shell. Problem solved!
