Sesame oil and scallions go pretty hard with smoked brisket.
@grumpasaurus So... (family trade secret, lol). The ultimate is to make Chinese scallion pancakes and put the smoke brisket on there, with or without some kind of BBQ sauce. Or, if you want to stay with the Asian theme, oyster sauce or similar. It's surprisingly complimentary.
