which was unexpected genius on north korea's part
guess my days as an english major and lots of 19th century lit had me bumping into it fairly commonly. but it is stunningly apt as a description of him.
i suggest the following term for colossal evil and colossal stupidity at the same time
"they're so evil and so stupid they're uranium"
