A4: Like many others, my most common approach is to take a break.
That alone typically helps a lot. It has also lead to some essentially abandoned projects - even if I've figured out how to overcome the issue. If I'm away too long, restoring momentum can be hard.
Sometimes I ask others for help / ideas. I probably should do that more, but I've learned to not ask for help unless REALLY stuck, and its hard to deprogram that behavior.
