As you will know I don't normally post on sport (nor follow it for that matter), but I must note that FIFA has decreed that all teams in FIFA women's football tournaments must have a women as head coach or assistant coach with at least two members of the coaching team women.

I'm sure the men of football will be spluttering about needing the 'best' coaches but this looks to me like an excellent bit of affirmative action!
