@psm it’s literally not. You’re unaware cause you don’t know Philly, but this is the Spruce St., the most heavily trafficked bike lane in Philly. It’s the equivalent of Rue de Rivoli being blocked by parked cars.

Paris has much room for improvement, but it is so far ahead of anywhere in the US.
