Hmm, corporate buzzword drinking games would not be a good idea. 🤪 #corporatelife

@ai6yr i have played that game at a company do and it did not go well me (long time ago)

was the day i learnt to never again drink at any work things 😉

@ai6yr that sounds like a great way to make it through some of these meetings
@MLE_online Would have taken 10 shots in the first 5 minutes and that would have been it, lol.
@ai6yr see, and then you don't have to suffer listening through the rest of the meeting
@MLE_online Thank goodness for Zoom, when I get nauseous I can just turn it off lol
@MLE_online @ai6yr But alcohol poisoning is a bitch.
@mhkohne @ai6yr that's a problem for tomorrow. right now, there are shots and fun to be had

@ai6yr

Used to collect bizbuzz gleened from meetings.

Some of it was just stupid jargon:

"Let's doubleclick on that issue!"

Some of it was just demented Ted Talk nonsense.

Sometimes I would add boss words as captions to pictures of cats.

Below are pictures of our late tabby cat, mouthing the unhinged words of an executive who told his team that he was crapping out of the company, as part of his endless beautiful flight of learning and discovery!

@ai6yr

Another example from same bonkers talk...

@ai6yr

invite execs, sales, and PMs and i think widespread alcohol poisoning would result.

@paul_ipv6 Having been to Vegas with sales people pitching customers, my conclusion is sales mostly involves plying your customers with drink and not being drunk under the table yourself.
@ai6yr Well, maybe on a Friday afternoon at a team-building session… 😀
