Here’s one of my more reflective poems, written while waiting for a train at a provincial railway station.

The only journey is the one within.

Rainer Maria Rilke

@brianbilston I identify with this! I spent the first part of reading disagreeing, thinking no, I cherish every moment of doing nothing in a unhurried way, but in the end, it is me.

@brianbilston

"The sun is setting
and my batteries are low"

If you change your past you won't turn into who you are today. Besides, we're all like bugs, trapped in amber.

@brianbilston
Great. I wish I could do that.

I'm limited by my geeky interest in science and about all I can muster poetry-wise are limericks.

Like:

Said Schrodinger's cat with a smile
I'll be in the box with the vial
With the poison I'll be
Quantum tangled you see
Thus alive and dead both all the while
