A two-day workshop diving deep into the theory and practice of algorithmic composition. At the end of this workshop, participants will have a firm understanding of how to use code, math and numbers to write beautiful, living and complex music.
The workshop has a theoretical part that mixes traditional music theory and geometry to create a new understanding of pitches, rhythm and harmony, and in the practical part we will harness the potential of this knowledge to write music using the programming environment SuperCollider. The target audience of the workshop include composers, musicians, sound and engineers and artists of all kinds, but no prior programming experience is necessary.
Limited to Max. 15 participants
Online participation is possible

@madskjeldgaard amazing! I saw some of these skills at MUTEK last year in Montréal, would love to attend if I was in europe.

@madskjeldgaard @joegilmore this looks super fun and interesting. I wish I could come.

No, really, I wish my ancestor Thones Kunders had never left his beautiful home in the Rheinland to come to this godforsaken "new world."

Wait, sorry, did I get offtrack?
