Alright I've ranted enough on the game dev side, time to rant on the film side:

I'm looking through some various pitches people have submitted for shorts and a lot of these need CG for them to work.

The thing is CG is kind of our struggle boat right now (for various reasons) so these are big hurdles to clear.

Now most of these people have done small stuff before but I'd still consider many to be pretty green (including me). I wonder if trying to push more CG-less ideas is the way to go?

I guess its more or less of:

- Should we continue to try and push CG so the group can learn it?
- Should we put the CG aside for now so the group can hone in on more traditional film making skills?
- Some secret third thing?
