Serious question. Why are royals accepted as royals. Many have obscene wealth, accrued at the expense of millions, if not billions of people. Yet many revere them! I find it utterly baffling and appalling in equal measure! Every palace or castle is a monument to utter failure! As for ‘stately homes’ they too are built upon the backs of the oppressed! Similar applies to vast cathedrals and churches! All built with the sweat and labour of the masses!
