I don't... get that one at all. Why not roast the coffee beans all at once and save them? Then do like what my mother does, and grind coffee all at once, to save it in a container. Then it's only that last machine that actually makes the coffee. Though she uses one of those drip filter machines, not that... squeezy machine.

Is it about how precise that process is because of magnets? Or how quiet it is? That's a whole lot quieter than espresso.
