What are your fav at least slightly healthier dissociation tricks / hobbies / activities for when you can’t even with gender things (but there’s no way out of the current situ)?

I have been returning to more tactile experiences recently, so even just shuffling cards feels nice

Writing is nice depending what it is, I’ve been doing too much nonfiction lately though so I think breaking out of that might be key there if you have any ideas. I have pens I like the sensation of using.

Tactile sounds wonderful, shuffling cards is extra relevant since I’m diving deeper into tarot
