I do not think network diagramming gets enough credit.

It is not the flashiest part of IT, but it makes troubleshooting easier, projects cleaner, and security conversations a whole lot more honest.

@cyberseckyle Ugh. Like showing your work or going to the doctor. Sigh…. Fiiiiiiine. If nothing else, heaven knows I need to document the (admittedly straight-forward) soup that is my server config.
@cyberseckyle I use yEd for mine typically when needed. Ivan Pepnjak's netlab from ipspace.net is worth a look but no GUI tools is its philosophy.
