You still have to get up to pee on your bed.
Nah just roll on your back and aim it up and slightly to one side. As a bonus, now the wet spot isn’t under you so you can stay comfy and warm.
I am so glad that I got fully functional paralysis during sleep. I drink a lot of water and it would be a problem. Not all my siblings are so lucky.

my friends want to do zwift rides at 8pm at the earliest. I’ll drink at least 1.5L of water in a 45 minute ride. I’m up pissing until 11.

It’s also a good way to ensure you dont oversleep your alarm. Just make sure it’s about 8 hours before waking up, not right before bed if those are different
Do, and believe me, ot doesn’t. O get up and sleep again.
I don’t have depression, but I do have executive dysfunction (yay ADHD) and I can stay in bed for hours before getting out. When I’m out, I don’t usually go back unless actually sleepy. So for me at least it works. Might of course be different with depression.
It will only get me up every three hours.
