Good lord. I'm so terribly sorry that they did that to you and all the harm it's caused. It sounds as if you've done quite a lot of work to heal and familiarize yourself with all the ways it has affected you. Thank you for sharing your experience and learned coping mechanisms. It was very informative and potentially very helpful to those who are sufffering.
