Spent some time unsubscribing from YouTube channels, during which I discovered I was subscribed to at least a dozen I have no recollection of, some about things I have zero interest in.

The most mystifying was this one: a channel created a month and a half ago, with ZERO content, not one video, and yet which apparently I and over 1000 other people subbed to.

Is YT adding rando subs without my knowledge, or am I just losing it?

@imalcolm Sory. It *was* ambiguous.
The thing you were mentioning was happening, perhaps, because some entity has you on a list of people who matched.
I'm still getting my sea legs with this media. Make protocol errors trying to be hip.

Haha, no worries at all, and yeah, that does make a certain kind of sense. A horrible kind of sense, to be sure, but I could see that happening... 👍
