@200ok I just played trady bingo on a solar/electric hot water service, and got great results from "ring hot water". A licensed plumber/electrician in 1, who specialises in hot water only. Wasn't game to ask him to install a GPO!
I didn't end up using him, but whilst chasing my hot water service issue, I contacted a recommended electrician named Luke from Bails Electrical (0425857263) and I got very good vibes about his willingness to do a job other sparkies didn't want to know about. So I'd consider him if you need a general sparky.
