So how are people handling things down south? It’s been pretty darn warm, but the worst part of this is all the trees have decided to have sex during this part of the year and the pollen load is so heavy that my head is completely stuffed up and I usually don’t have a problem with allergies.
Nomdeb@GhostOnTheHalfShell @ai6yr Just barging in here to share something that has helped my allergies tremendously, a bit gross, but here goes. My ENT doctor told me add a smidge (about 1/4 teaspoon) of baby shampoo to a nasal irrigation. It really helps to get rid of the pollen and other irritants and the goop. :) My dry cough (from postnasal drip) is greatly improved. Yes, also I'm on allergy drops now. But those will take about 6 to 12 months to kick in.
