Handala is some sort of Palestinian cartoon character. It is not Iranian. When an Iranian hacking group named after a Palestinian cartoon mascot does something incredibly offensive, like break dialysis equipment all across the world, during a conflict I can't help but think that 'Handala' is really Israel hiding behind a keyboard.
