Hmm, I think we've just about to reach "old man sitting in garage in his underwear and undershirt because we're not going to run the A/C" status here today in the neighborhood.

(which may have been great back in the 1980's or 90's, but I think a full week of this with folks with medical issues could result in heat illness).

@ai6yr 96 here already. And my shade tree, which comes from the southern hemisphere, thinks it's fall and is busy shedding the last of its leaves.

@ai6yr Yeah. We generally get this kind of heat for a week or so in April, when the tipu tree has started leafing out. No such luck this year.
