Works Volume 1

Emerson Lake & Palmer release their first of the progressive rock series "Works" on March 17, 1977. Originally a double-LP, it is divided into four distinct sections. The first three sides feature solo material from each member—Keith Emerson (orchestral), Greg Lake (acoustic ballads), and Carl Palmer (jazz/rock fusion)—while the final side features the full band.
