Saw this in the Trafford Centre branch of Waterstones and it reminded me, that Watership Down was one of the first books I read at primary school. Another classic was Toms Midnight Garden.

@husseinalalak Coming back from the South coast the other year (avoiding motorways), we noticed Watership Down on the map. It exists, but didn't see any rabbits.

@markhburton I've got to admit that I've learned something new! I didn't know Watership Down was a real place 😱 but then again, I got excited when I discovered Ashdown Forest is the actual home of Winnie the Pooh.

We need more rabbits and we need more bears🐻 🧸 🐰 🐇 We need more fascinating stories that capture the imagination and grandfather clocks that strike 13. If you or anyone at CAF is able to help with this campaign, it really would be appreciated ⭐

@husseinalalak
Thanks, have driven through it without knowing.
If I remember rightly, Elgar wrote his last pieces there (cello concerto, piano quintet, unfinished third symphony).
