Edward ChampionFilm critic Sam Adams has written the most racist ragebait that Slate has published in a long while. He used an incredibly arbitrary model, much in the tradition of eugenicists and phrenologists, to arbitrarily declare SINNERS one of the biggest "losers" in Oscar history. This, of course, is racist horseshit and I unpack the reasons why, pointing out to numerous bigger losers.
