Obscene. There’s not a damn reason why one human being should get a nearly $1 billion payout - particularly when it’s for presiding over the consumption of a company by another. Making the world worse and walking away with ungodly sums of money.

@jzb Zaslav is literally the worst entertainment executive I've ever witnessed, from start to finish. The man made horrible programming decisions in the name of "cutting costs," and executed them in the worst ways.
But hey, at least he made himself and his shareholders fuck-tons of money.
