🇩🇪 Germany: REJECTED
🇨🇳 China: NO RESPONSE
🇳🇱 Netherlands: NO RESPONSE
🇰🇷 South Korea: NO CONFIRMATION
I haven't yet seen any statement from Canada rejecting this. There was a joint statement from Canada, France, Germany, Italy and Britain voicing opposition to the idea of Israel conducting a ground offensive in Lebanon (see link). Nothing yet from Canada on rejecting the idea of providing Hormuz warship escorts that I'm aware of.
I think only Spain, Germany, and Italy have definitely ruled it out.
We are gravely concerned by the escalating violence in Lebanon and call for meaningful engagement by Israeli and Lebanese representatives to negotiate a sustainable political solution. We strongly support initiatives to facilitate talks and urge for immediate de-escalation.
