I talked with my doctor today and he said I should adopt the Mediterranean diet for my health.

So I’m ordering pizza.

@wendynather @TheBreadmonkey my doctor looked at me funny when I asked if 8-12 shots of espresso were part of a healthy Mediterranean diet, i choose to interpret that as not nearly enough coffee.
