1/2 The most precious resource in all of #OpenSource is human time. We have a limited number of people working on all of these awesome projects. It is now very easy to flood an issue tracker with long walls of text that sometimes do, *but sometimes don't* add value. As a developer, it's very hard to tell the difference without investing large amounts of time.

Time that then is missing for other purposes.

2/2 Issues created with (or w/ help of) #LLM​s/​#GenAI tools are flooding projects to the point where they do real harm. Example: #cURL no longer has a bug bounty program, because the entries are just unmanageable[1].

You probably don't want to be part of this problem. You are probably one of the good people who are doing this in good faith. The problem is: it's hard to tell. It's very hard to tell *at scale*. So it doesn't matter what your intentions are.
