In addition to the well-labeled memory leak, I was also leaking
#Vulkan descriptor set layouts. What's a descriptor set layout you ask? It's a thing on the GPU that describes the structure of a thing on the GPU that describes the structure of a thing on the GPU. I didn't realize they were GPU memory and just assumed they got baked into the descriptor sets when they were built and would get freed with them. I do not feel dumb for making that mistake. These things are not intuitive.
